+: Everything was beyond exceptional,A big warm thank you to the staff, especially miss Nesma and mr. Awni 🙏🏼certainly my next stay in Dahab will be at Safir hotel.

+: Breakfast was excellent, plenty of options. Overall staff was nice

-: Although the property was large and well maintained, it’s not useful for the guests. The beach and shoreline is nice for toddlers, but there’s nothing for adults except windsurfing. Kids playground was pitiful. By the time we got back from dinner (about 8:30 pm) everything was closed. I was looking forward to the sauna and Turkish bath at the end of the day, but it was closed (when it would be most useful for the guests!). Billiard room was closed. Buildings’ and rooms numbers are not easily visible, I constantly went to the wrong buildings. Try to locate a building and to see a room number in the dark! There’s no plan of the area for the guests. Architecture is terrible, the only source of natural light was a narrow door to the terrace (which was so clunky and made constant noise due to wind and poor boltings. Platform layers that create small steps are everywhere, our toddler kept falling down. Adults are needed to be in alert not to miss a step as well. It’s such a poor design, a prospective illusion can easily be achieved with different colors of tiles without sacrificing safety.

-: Staff at reception. They always told us about hospitality. Hospitality that’s cost us plus 50% of price of room number. 10 maximum 15 percent of capacity of guest and they advise us worst location of room.There is no sea view (but they promise) with noise of working vehicle.Now we know what’s there hospitality look like.We know it’s our mistake. We were so tired after long night trip. Thank you for our anniversary. We can spend rest 10 days of our vacation in other place.
