+: The location, the breakfast buffet and the Egyptian restaurant in the hotel

-: Very outdated furniture, only one bedside table, the TV reception was at times poor, no toiletries were provided and the room was very basic. Definitely not a 4 star hotel, more like 3 stars. Very expensive for what it was

+: I always enjoy my stay in this hotel. The front desk workers are super friendly. Amira in the restaurant was super friendly. We enjoyed the breakfast .not to forget Mohamed the housekeeping room attendant was doing his job properly.Big thanks to everyone who works there

+: Cinq étoiles classique au calme à vingt minutes à pieds de la place Tahrir. Félicitations pour Ahmed de l'agence de voyage située dans le hall d'accueil pour son amabilité et sa compétence.

-: Dans les trois restaurants et bars, ni vin, ni bière et encore moins de cocktails : inédit pour moi dans un établissement de cette catégorie.

+: Al cortesia e l'attenzione dello staff. Abbiamo avuto un problema con la camera e si sono subito premurati di trovarci un'alternativa e alla fine ci hanno concesso un upgrade. Senza che noi pressassimo minimamente. Non ricordo il numero ma era vista piscina nella ala perpendicolare a quella della facciata principale. Posizione molto comoda per muoversi in città, anche a piedi se si vuole raggiungere il Nilo e l'isola.

-: La prima stanza che abbiamo avuto ha un problema di rumore notturno, dovuto a un motore (forse l'aria condizionata) molto rumoroso. Non ricordo il numero, ma era sulla facciata principale vista piscina.
