+: The hotel is excellent. The staff is excellent! Very responsive, attentive and helpful. Special thanks to Ms. Eva from reception, who cares very much about the guests' well-being while staying at this fantastic place. I really liked the choice of food, themed evenings, "live music" at dinner. Lots of pools, good water park. If you don't want to go to a restaurant for lunch, you can get snacks in various places in the vast area. Very good group of animators who try to talk to every customer. Keep that bar up. Will definitely come back here!

-: Food was a disaster but it is a management issue rather than employees. They could have invested a bit to have a better chef and charge that to customers. A 10% increase in the price with a very good food quality would leave a high impact on visitors. Pools were not warm, at least one pool to be warm in november would be great.Animation team is poor.
