+: Un grand Merci pour ce magnifique sejour, Tout etait parfait de l'accueil avec Monsieur Ramy et Monsieur Khaled jusqu'a notre depart. Nous avons tout aimé, l'hotel est super, tout le personnel egalement ils sont au petit soin et veille toujours a ce que nous manquons de rien. Un des meilleur hotel!!!!

+: 总体服务还可以，房间海边餐食都更棒，但别去中餐馆，做的不太好。酱油放的多。比自助餐差远了。
-: 这家酒店基本没有中国人入住，都是欧美人，服务态度还需更加热情，有部分服务人员不够热情，晚餐恰逢情人节，连个餐桌上的蜡烛都没点，细节做的不够到位。旁边欧美人来，立马全套都伺候上。

+: Der Aufenthalt war rundum perfekt. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit dort. Die Mitarbeiter sind äußerst freundlich. Das Essen war lecker. Es wird viel Abwechslung geboten (Essen und Unterhaltungsprogramm). Die ganze Anlage ist sehr sauber und es wird auf Hygiene geachtet.
