+: Very clean, tasty food, relaxing atmosphere. There is a very nice beach, kids playpark, pool, lake and lots of nature. Daily activities. New pool towels, new loungers and warm big pool. You have breakfast and dinner in a hotel's restaurant and lunch in beach restaurant. Small bus is running between hotel and beach every 10min

+: The location was wonderful, our bungalow had two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a lounge, which was perfect for a family of four.The lunches dinners were simple but really tasty, loads of grilled meat plenty of vegetables and salads.The breakfast buffet was excellent especially the egg omolette bar.The staff was excellent, especially the guys at the buffet and the cleaners.The outdoor pool was really great, clean and warm.
-: We liked everything, but they might want to reconsider the choices for the afternoon snacks. We could get pizza, burgers, chips, ice cream, pastries, but it would have been nice to have the choice of some fruit or vegetables

+: A szállás környéke gyönyörű volt, és csodaszép, hihetetlen növényzettel. A medence tényleg fűtött, és tiszta, a személyzet mosolygós és kedves. Az ételek közül mindenki tud választani, mert rengeteg féle ételt készítenek. A part közel van, egy könnyed esti sétával elérhető. A part is tiszta. Mind a parton, mind a medencénél személyzet vigyázz a vízben lévő emberekre. A széf is jól működött, illetve a törölközőhöz adnak kártyát, így mindig lehet új tiszta száraz törülközőt kérni.
-: 4 Főre foglaltam egy családi szobát, 2 felnőtt és két gyerek (11,13) részére. A visszaigazolás a bokking-ról félreérthető volt, mert 2 felnőttet tartalmazott, bár egy másik sorba fel volt tüntetve 4 fő és a családi szoba. Még utazás előtt írtam a szállodának, hogy biztosan mind a 4 főre vonatkozik-e az ár, és mindenkinek teljes ellátása lesz-e, illetve mindenkinek lesz-e ágy? A válasz az volt, hogy természetesen, várnak szeretettel. Amikor éjszaka megérkeztünk, azt mondta a recepciós, hogy csak 2 főre fizettünk, és többet kell fizetni, illetve a 13 éves gyerek után felnőtt díjat számolnak fel. Megmutattam nekik a levelezést, így nem kellett többet fizetni. A szobába érve azt tapasztaltuk, hogy csak 2 főnek van beágyazva egy francia ágy. Volt a másik szobában egy kihúzható vékony léccekből és kb. 3 cm-es szivacsból álló kanapé, amit mi kihúztunk, de ágyneműt nem találtunk. Hívtam a recepciót, hogy segítsenek, és jött is egy férfi, aki azt mondta, hogy extra pénzért, hoz ágyneműt. Kicsit zokon vettem, hogy éjjel 2 órakor ágyneműért kell könyörögni. Kb. fél óra után hozott ágyneműt. A francia ágy nagyon kényelmes volt, a kihúzható ágy azonban rendkívül kényelmetlen, így felváltva aludtunk benne. Kedden szerettük volna meghosszabbítani a kijelentkezésünket, mert csak 17 órától kellett menni a repülőtérre. Hétfő este 50 dollárt, míg kedd reggel 35 dollárt mondtak a szolgáltatásért. A szállodában a fizetést követően nem kaptunk számlát. A hűtőt nem lehetet bezárni, mert a fagyasztó részében annyi jég volt, hogy az ajtó nem csukódott.

+: Absolutely friendly professional and efficient staff, especially the reception Manager Mr Sobhy Essa … he is really experienced and dealt with every issue in an amazing way. Again both Mr Mohamed R and Mohamed Salem are well experienced and friendly.
