+: Hotel is in great location with a few restaurants available - not very good but also not too bad

-: The room really needs some refurbishment and upgrade. It's too old. AC noise is loud so I had to plug my ears to sleep.

+: Muy buenas vistas , muy buena atención por parte del front desk , habitaciones limpias y amplias . Piscina grande y agradable , muy recomendable.

+: Es un oasis en medio de la ciudad de Luxor. Bonito hotel, lindas habitaciones (en mi caso me tocó mirando a un patio interior, pero pese a ello, hay amplitud y no se siente encerrado). Dan 2 botellas de agua al día de cortesía. El hotel cuenta con piscina amplia y varios restaurantes de los cuales probamos 3 de ellos (Italiano, Turco y Tailandés), todos ellos con platos muy bien logrados y sabrosos. El hotel también cuenta con una pequeña galería comercial donde se encuentran buenos souvenirs sin el agobio de ser presionado por comprar. El desayuno por su parte, también muy variado y bueno, y ofrecen además coffee-to-go en vasos desechables por si uno necesitase llevarse un café a la excursión del día. En la rivera del Nilo, hay una café donde uno además puede fumar shisha si le apetece, mientras se entusiasma con contratar una navegación por 1 hora en falucca o bote a motor por el rio Nilo. Finalmente, el personal muy atento, amable y siempre dispuesto a ayudar en cualquier requerimiento que uno pudiese tener.

+: 룩소르 오시면 무조건 여기 예약하세요. 정말 후회 안합니다. 침구류 깨끗하고 룸 컨디션도 완전 좋아요! 그리고 제일 좋았던건 직원분들이었어요. 혼자 여행 왔는데 직원들이 늘 따뜻하게 맞이해주었어요. 특히 외출하거나 돌아 올 때 어디에 가는지 잘 다녀왔는지 물어봐주고 챙겨줘서 정말 좋았어요. 특히 제가 개인적으로 예약한 벌룬투어가 착오가 있어서 픽업이 늦어졌을 때 로비에 계시는 키 큰 직원분이 (성함을 물어보고싶었는데 못 물어봤어요.) 도와주시려고 애쓰는 모습에 정말 감동받았어요. 정말 감사해요!! 인사하고 오고싶었는데 체크아웃하는 날 안계셔서 인사를 못했네요. 리뷰로나마 감사 인사드려요. 그리고 항상 친구처럼 인사해준 Mohamed noby도 고마워요!! ^^
