+: L'accessibilité, la taille des chambres, le parc aquatique avec piscines chauffées.Pension complète avec plats varies , healty , locaux pour tous les gouts. Hamdy , Ahmed, camel et tous les autres membres de l'équipe (cuisine, service chambre, surveillant de baignade) ont rendu ce séjour agréable.Intégré dans un complexe de 3 hôtels ou nous pouvons circuler à notre guise pour restauration; piscine et soirée.Non négligeable le tarif IMBATTABLE.

-: Sunny Days hotel seemingly hacked my booking.com account and wrote following review: "Excellent stay and also not long but I will definitely come back again Thank you very much Receptionists Hamdi and Mina and room service manager Mahmoud Jamaa Very clean room". (Please note other similar identical reviews left for this hotel, written in broken English despite coming from English-speaking reviewers, naming these same staff members (none of whom I recall meeting myself)). Then replied (to themselves): "Dear Eleanor Glynn, Thank you for choosing Sunny Days Hotels and Resorts to spend your holiday. My team and I would also like to thank you for your critical and valued feedback. You have provided us with great motivation in our strive to continuously improve the service we offer. As a result of our efforts,we have achieved many awards. This recognition directly influences our commitment to further improvements in 2024. Thank you, once again, for your visit to our hotel, and for your feedback. Area General Manager Hany Gamal Eldin" As a result I had to contact customer service to leave a security complaint and change all my (already secure) passwords. The stay itself was acceptable, in terms of safety and the wider hotel complex. Bathroom had hair all over it and the hot water didn't work. Wifi is an extra charge and doesn't work well. The staff over at the main hotel are slightly more helpful and good-humoured than the staff at Mirette. Nonetheless, don't stay here unless you want your data breached.
