Sunrise Arabian Beach Resort

+: La seconda volta a Sharm, la prima al Sunrise Arabian. La struttura ci ha sorpreso in positivo con un livello di servizio altissimo. Struttura in quotidiana manutenzione, sempre pulita e curata, addirittura ogni giorno incontravamo operai, imbianchini che curavano ogni minimo dettaglio. Qualità del cibo altissima per i range di Sharm, bello poter prenotare anche diversi ristoranti di cucine diverse. Abbiamo provato il servizio lavanderia, il room service, ci hanno cambiato camera seguendo una nostra richiesta specifica, mi hanno addirittura messo il loro IT manager a disposizione per problemi col mio PC personale. Insomma, ci siamo sentiti davvero a casa, coccolati e seguiti in tutto. Un ringraziamento speciale a Mr. Gamal che dirige questo resort con cura e attenzione ai particolari e con una disponibilità verso tutti gli ospiti di grande professionalità. Torneremo con grande piacere.

+: We were looked after by the excellent team, from the beach bar(Yousef and Ahmed)beach boys(Walid and the lads), Italian restaurant(Ali, Aziz, Kareem, Hammed to name just some), Churchills bar(Yousef) and the adults only pool(Ehab and Hassan. Never been made so welcome by so many, thanks team.Stayed most of the 2 weeks on the beach snorkelling and swimming, sea-life absolutely amazing, turtles eels and thousands of tropical fish.The bus that travels around the perimeter of the hotel is a god send in the heat. Went to Ras Mohammed national park snorkelling and swimming, and out on the quad safari. Both good value and great fun.

-: Sometimes the drinks in Churchills were too strong that they were undrinkable.
