Also thanks to Gamal reception manager for being very attentive and welcoming to us . We also got a complimentary later checkout ,many thanks .

+: This is our return visit at the hotel Posh Club and staff continued to surpass our expectation. They have a wonderful choice of international restaurants to choose from and we enjoyed them all. The hotel and in particular the gardens really make it a stay in paradise. Our stay in the Posh Club was outstanding. The main thing that made our holiday was the staff and we want to particularly thank Mohamed Magdy our butler, who met our every need with great efficiency. He was always kind and thoughtful, nothing was ever too much trouble. Patricia's meal service was tremendous. She always made us feel special and would remember how we liked our food and drinks prepared. Our housekeeper Mostafa (room 5208) was just wonderful. Our room was always immaculate and we particularly enjoyed his daily towel animals. The Posh Club pool area was very clean and special and a wonderful place to relax. AbdEL-hamed was always very friendly and welcoming. We were very impressed with his command of English. We will definitely return again.

+: When I was researching hotels to stay at, one of my search criteria's was looking for a place where I would feel pampered, relaxed and spoilt. I could not have been happier that the search led me to Sunrise Arabian Posh Club for my accommodation. Dina, the posh club manager, reached out to me a few days prior to arrival to arrange my transfers with clear communication and had asked what it was that I was looking to achieve out of this trip. My words were “I want to feel like a Queen”, and that is exactly how I felt from the moment I set foot in Sunrise Arabian till I left thanks to the Posh Club experience. Check in process was seamless. Each person we interacted with on the day of arrival greeted us with the words “Welcome home” and that is how we felt. We met amazing people who all went above and beyond to ensure that our stay was everything we had hoped for. Little things like the pillow menu, the towel decor, laundry service, the beach cabanas and the posh club cafe for meals not only meant that the stay was comfortable and convenient, but I went home with a suitcase full of clean laundry which is a huge bonus and a welcomed surprise. A special shoutout to Dina for surprising my daughter with a beautiful birthday cake and for our anniversary celebrations. Tareq Wardy who helped us get acquainted with all the amenities in the resort and the room, took it upon himself to arrange all of our reservations for every night of our stay, and always bringing us the drinks that he knew we grew accustomed to without even asking sometimes. Patrica and Magdy who were always readily available to arrange our meals and drinks at the cabana (bringing my child her favorite dessert daily without her ordering it). Abd Hamed, who greeted us with a warm smile every morning, always ensuring we had dry towels and made sure my daughter always had pool accessories to play with. He was exceptionally kind and I really enjoyed our daily chats and getting to know him. Thank you Sunrise!
