+: Staff and everyone was incredibly friendly and welcoming, only one incident happened and everyone was overcompensating for it. Gym is really incredible, can be the best thing in the resort. Restaurants were really good, on another level in comparison to the regular dinner buffet.
-: We asked for a view, and were willing to pay extra for it, but after 4 hours waiting to check in we got one of the worse views at the end. I believe that was because reception was understaffed, also another incident happened I think because of the same reason. Also one pool was really heated, couple others were heated but much less.

+: Für uns war das der erste Urlaub in Hurghada, wir müssen wirklich sagen es ist eine Top Anlage, die Mitarbeiter dort sind alle sehr zuvorkommend und bemühen sich stehst die Anlage sauber zu halten. Sie sind alle sehr freundlich, und beschäftigen sich auch sehr gerne mit Kindern, unsere Kleine 4 Jahre hat es sehr gefallen. Essen ist sehr abwechslungsreich, und mit den verschiedenen Restaurants gibt es wirklich für jeden etwas. Das Animationteam machen Programme von Vormittags bis abends, da wird einen nie langweilig und auch sehr abwechslungsreich, also wirklich viele verschiedene Tätigkeiten. Am Strand kann man sich für die liegen ein rotes Tuch holen , so das man wirklich nicht angesprochen oder genervt wird von den Tourguids .

+: Équipements incroyables. Énormes toboggans aquatiques dans piscine chauffée. Équipe d'animation excellente. Foam party, color festival, animation danse après chaque spectacle le soir...cours d'arabe...et une énergie et gentillesse très rare... coach de la salle de fitness de très bons conseils et toujours bienveillant. piscine sportive extérieure de 30m chauffée! Et bien sur, le snorkeling. Poissons et coraux sur la plage de l'hotel.
-: Hurghada est très difficile d'accès depuis Paris...

+: All eeception staff are very helpfull. Mr Amr the night mansger is very welcoming. The animation team is very active. Room is always clean and cozy . Food is perfect with variety. I came to this hotel last august, last october and this time. I will keep coming.
