+: all was fantastic. A big thanks to Mr Karam from the reception who gave me a very nice room with terrace. All the staff was very nice and friendly. A big thanks also to the reception manager who allowed me to have a late check-out at 2 p.m. instead of 12 p.m. and to take a shower on a ground floor room before I left at 5.30 p.m. Food is good overall, I loved the Star Fish bar on the beach, the Caribbean restaurant and the French one. The animation was soft and in the evenings we had a place near the pool to assist to some shows and to dance. The coral reef is also very nice.

+: Very friendly and kind staff, they offer a very high quality, respectful service! The bed is very comfortable, we could fall asleep immediately. :D The view from the room was amazing, and the corals and the garden here are the most beautiful. Also lots of free activities to do, you could never be bored! We had an uncomfortable situation with an employee, but the management provided professional compensation in return, so overall we are very satisfied and will be back!
-: Even though the buffet restaurant has a great selection of food and is beautiful, it was tasteless for us so that was a little bit disappointing. Also on our last two days they started renovations and were drilling loudly and banging on the walls for several hours, which made it hard for us to rest in the room.
