-: Empfang Personal und management Attitude Das Essen hat Durchfall verursacht Getränke von billigsten und die Gläser könnten besser gewaschen. Der Barista kann sein Hemd waschen, wechseln lassen oder zumindest seine Nägel pflegen. Zimmerservice und Reinigung waren sehr komisch und wollten fast täglich Trinkgeld nehmen.Strand war ok aber Strand Tücher waren unbeschreiblich nicht sauber.Animation Team und Abendshow waren leider sehr dringend und die gleiche show wiederholt.Der Supermarkt am Strand war extrem teuer und billigste Zigaretten wahrscheinlich aus China als original verkauft. 5€ $ für eine chocolate bzw ein Eis.Ich habe das hotel mehrmals besucht und habe gedacht es hat sich verbessert und jetzt kann ich es nicht weiter empfehlen.

+: My 2 cousins and I had the pleasure of booking and visiting your property earlier this month through booking.com.Although we're used to booking to 5 star hotels, we gave your property a chance based on reviews we've read online.Ok, so here's the deal. The hotel is certainly not 5 stars, but it has the same accommodation and amenities of a 5 star hotel.If you want room service, and all the 24 hour service delights such as Hilton, Sheraton or Marriott offer, then this is not for you.However, if you want great service, and don't mind small rooms and be right on the beach at an affordable price, then definitely give this place a try. The positive side is the hotel is right on the water, and the service I found to be just as good as national brands.To all the employees of Empire Beach Aqua Park, thanks so much for your hospitality.Omar Korraa

+: Ich empfehle Das hotel leider nicht Der Kühlschrank war defekt. das essen kann besser sein und nicht immer von billigste Gläser waren nicht gut gewaschen Gäste haben Durchfälle das personal war sehr lästig

-: Das Essen wiederholt sich oft und die Getränke von billigste. Management und Qualität, die Verhalten Das Personal Animation Team war sehr unhöflich, frech und extrem niedriger von soziale ebene.die Abendshow widerlich und langweilig. Strand Tücher waren alt schmutzig Das Personal am Strand und allgemein , ohne Trinkgeld läuft mit denen nichts, man fühlt sich aufgefordert täglich Trinkgeld zu geben sonst bekommt man nichts. Housekeeping fängt frühestens Gottes und stört jeden auch wenn bitte nicht stören Schild an die Türen hängen. Toilette hat sowenig Toilettenpapier. Die Matratzen sind veraltet und Bettwäsche auch.
