-: Такого отвратительного отношения, качества, очередей и безразличия ко всему я не встречал давно. Заселили в номер, где свет периодически гас, интернет не ловил, а дверь ванной упиралась в унитаз! (напомню, это должно быть 4 звезды). После моих вопросов что это за ***? Дали номер в другом здании. Работала 1 из 2х розеток! На следующий день попросил убрать (уже нужно оценить, что в 4* нужно ходить на ресепшн за уборкой и полотенцами). Не убрали! На следующий день - все повторилось! Спросил где менеджер - один в отпуске, второго за 2 дня так и не нашли. Написал даже официальное письмо с жалобами на контакты указанные на сайте - никто не ответил. Даже поддержке Booking тоже не ответили. Очереди за всем - в бар, за кофе, за едой. Много чего сломано. Самая дешевая еда. Дешевая тройка с минусом. Отвратительное отношение персонала и менеджмента! Настоятельно не рекомендую.

+: Очень понравился отель, еда разнообразная и вкусная, напитки фанта, кока-кола, соки апельсиновый, яблочный и ананасовый - вкусные, номер просторный с балконом. Отдых очень понравился, при отели экскурсии, экскурсию в сиам парк и смотреть дельфинов и китов заказывала у них. Погода была прекрасная +23. -: Не думала что будет находится так далеко от аэропорта, такси до отеля с тенерифы южный стоит 105€.
