+: Отель только что после ремонта, всё новое. Великолепный завтрак со свежевыжатыми соками и большим выбором продуктов и горячих блюд. Хорошее место расположения в одном из самых лучших районов Мадрида. Рядом есть супермаркет. -: Вид из номера в тёмный закрытый внутренний двор-колодец. Нет возможности открыть шторы, нет солнечного света.

+: Отличный завтрак!!! -: В номере отсутствует звукоизоляция. Слышно все передвижения соседей. Убираются отвратительно, волосы, пыль по всей комнате.

+: персонал -: описание на букинге не соответствовало реальности. Отсутствовало патио в стандартном номере и тапочки. Постоянно ломался ключ от номера. На 4 звезды не тянет, на твердые 3+.
