+: хороший отель семейства Хайят. приличные завтраки, хороший чай. чисто, оперативная уборка. неплохие обеды и ужины в лобби -: пытались при выезде при заблокированных 2500 ещё списать 3500, пообещав вернуть первые в течение недели. отказалась. очень странная политика…

+: Завтрак был ничего, персонал на завтраке очень приветливый -: Я бронировал через booking и ставил полную оплату заранее. Сначала с меня списали депозит, превышавший (!!!) на 30% стоимость всего проживания за 3 дня. Поскольку заезд был поздний, о чём я написал отелю, спорить я не стал. Отель был почему-то не готов к нашему приезду: заселение в два номера заняло полчаса (а у нас буквально на руках спали двое детей). Добравшись до номера выяснилось, что кровати для детей не готовы. Такую же «скорость» персонал показал и при выселении. По кучи один из дней ресторан внизу был закрыт, а вариантов в пешей доступности - нет

+: очень приветливый персонал -: Завтраки не соответствуют уровню отеля. Не было разнообразия ни в чем! Хотелось бы видеть на шведском столе: сыры, фрукты, йогурты, выпечку и другое в ассортименте, а не жалкое подобие! заказанные яйца приносили, когда мы уже удалялись из кафе!

+: Очень удобная постель, чистейшее постельное белье, полотенца. Номер достаточно чисто убирали. Расположение так себе, вроде и центр, но вокруг много ремонтных работ ведется сейчас, пешком минут 10 -15 до ближайших магазинов, ресторанов. либо такси. Но в любом случае это считается центром. В целом неплохой отель, персонал улыбчивый, вежливый. -: Завтрак очень средний, для 5 звезд, весьма скудный. В номере не оказалось тапочек, пришлось звонить и ждать 40 минут пока принесут, принесли только после второго звонка. Что очень огорчило, это то, что заморозили деньги, и заморозили больше, чем надо. Теперь остается только ждать вернутся деньги или нет. У моих друзей заморозили большую сумму, после выяснений с повышением голоса, извинились, вернули часть, остальную часть денег тоже обещали вернуть в ближайшее время.
