+: замечательный отель! Брали номер с видом на Оперу! прекрасно! чистый, красивый номер! Уборка 2 раза в день! сам отель очень шикарный! прям история! завтрак нормальный цена 45 €, можно на месте оплатить, не могу сказать что очень роскошный для такого отеля. взяли депозит 400€ вернули при выезде, за минус городского налога. -: завтрак;(

+: атмосфера, интерьер в стиле Оперы Garnier, потрясающие залы, похожи на музеи и оооочень вкусные завтраки. И банная косметика просто шик, запах и качество шампуней люкс класса. -: Очень плохо работал wifi. Можно сказать вобще не работал. Очередь на ресепшине и дозвониться не реально, только с третьего раза взяли трубку. в остальном все было прекрасно 👍

+: в целом отель хороший приятный, хорошее месторасположение и чисто. ногтем не менее переоценен минимум в два раза!!! -: не удобные подушки, в номере нет кофейных чашек, кофе есть, аппарат для еспрессо, а стоят только большие кружки, отель максимум на 4*, реально переоценен во всем. при выезде в счет приписали то чем мы не пользовались в минибаре - (пиво, шампанское, red bull), правда сразу согласились убрать со счета.

+: хорошее расположение, чисто -: ценакачество, хороший отель, но не стоит тех денег которые просят, только месторасположение хорошее. во время брони указали, что нас трое, два взрослых и ребенок, отель подтвердил но номер дали с одной кроватью, для ребенка не предложили дополнительную кроватку.
