One of the best choices we have chosen in the city of Paris. Designed by Studio Putman, Sofitel Paris Arc De Triomphe is a boutique hotel located in an elegant Ottoman-style building, 450 meters from the Arc de Triomphe and luxury boutiques on the Champs Elysées and 250 meters from the Pleyel Concert Hall.

The cozy rooms with decorative lighting feature a bed with a memory orthopedic mattress, as well as an iPod docking station for iPod, a Nespresso coffee machine and a welcome kit with Dammann tea.

The suites feature a Nightcove system and a flat-screen TV, as well as a spacious bathroom with a Putman mosaic, a large shower and a separate bath with Hermès toiletries.

+: Персонал очень внимательный, завтрак очень вкусный, особенно брауни покорило моё сердце. Месторасположение отличное, близко ко всем достопримечательностям, в номере было тихо, шумоизоляция качественная. Матрас и подушки удобные, действительно высыпаешься.

+: С учетом того, что у нас было свадебное путешествие, от имени гостиницы нам каждый день преподносили приятные сюрпризы в виде пирога, цветов, фруктов и т.д.

-: Крайне неторопливый персонал при заселение и выписке, давно с таким не сталкивалась. Коллегу заселили в номер, который был уже занят, он обнаружил это только зайдя туда, правда потом извинились и предоставили номер с апгрейдом. Два представительских номера предоставили на 2 часа после положенного времени заезда, мотивировав это тем, что предыдущие жильцы попросили продлить проживание. Правда мы так и не поняли, почемц мы должны сидеть в холле до 17.00? Считаю, что это признак некачественной работы службы резервации. В остальном отель тянет на крепкие. 4 звезды, но без особых изысков

Номер тесноватый, хотя все удобства имеются. Пешком до Оперы и Галереи Лафайетт получается не близкоПрекрасное месторасположение, совсем рядом Триумфальная арка. У нас был номер на последнем этаже и с большого балкона (практически терраса) было видно Эйфелеву башню. Получилось, что мы были в Париже в День взятия Бастилии, поэтому смотрели салют практически из номера. Оооочень понравилось Время проживания: Июль 2018

Завтрак. Ассортимент для такого отеля и для такой цены позорно скуден. Однозначно советую завтракать в ближайших кафе. Прекрасно расположенный отель. Рядом с Триумфальной аркой - 5 минут пешком, но на тихой улице. Замечательная кровать, нежное, пушистое одеяло, прекрасное бельё, плотные шторы. Я не помню отеля, где я спал так комфортно. В душе косметика от Hermès - самая лучшая на мой взгляд. Номер невелик, но это непринципиально. Персонал работает исключительно. Все просьбы выполнялись быстро и безукоризненно. Время проживания: Апрель 2018
