+: Очень дружелюбный и отзывчивый персонал на ресепшене, хорошие кровати, очень красивый дизайн интерьера -: Номер был очень маленький, пришлось подвинуть кровать, чтобы полностью раскрыть чемодан, под кроватью явно давно не пылесосили. После ежедневного клининга горничная забыла оставить новые полотенца, а старые забрала.

+: Прекрасное месторасположение. Рядом остановки транспорта и музеи. Из аэропорта Хитроу удобно добираться без пересадок. Красивое здание отеля. Атмосфера в общественных зонах отеля - добрая старая Англия. Удобная, относительно большая по площади ванная комната. Чай и кофе в номере. И это, пожалуй, все. -: В номере очень (реально очень) обшарпанная мебель, нет места для верхней одежды. Только один шкаф без полок не у входа, а в углу комнаты. Очень не удобно. В номере отсутствовал сейф. Очень дует из окон. Мы были летом и это не очень напрягало, а осенью и зимой это будет реальной проблемой. В отеле 4 звезды отсутствуют одноразовые тапочки и рожок для обуви. Не критично, но некомфортно.

+: Уют, атмосфера и аутентичность. Расположение в минутной доступности к музею естествознания, альберт-холлу, музею альберта и виктории. До харродса пешком прекрасная прогулка. И автобусом до Пикадили - 10 мин. прямо от отеля.

Теснота в номере. Мизерный шкаф для всех вещей и вверхней одежды, без полок. Дорогущий завтрак, но кушать нечего.Девочки на ресепшене были очень милыми. На этом все. Время проживания: Ноябрь 2017
