+: приятный персонал, нет проблем русскоговорящим персоналом. завтраки достаточно плотные, однообразно, -: окна в номерах не открываются, целые сутки с кондиционером жуть!!!

+: Лучший омлет на завтрак, который я когда было ел в отелях и очень дружелюбный, красивый и приятный персонал на рецепшн и в ресторане. -: Цена такси, когда вызываешь с отеля. Советую до приезда в Лондон скачать приложение Убер, так как яндекс такси не работает, а цена по Убера в два раза дешевле чем вы закажете иначе.

+: Я прилетела в Лондон в 6 утра и мне предоставили early check in совершенно бесплатно, большое спасибо.Номер был просторный , что необычно для Лондона, звукоизоляция - 100%. -: Феном нельзя было пользовать в ванной, не было розетки, только в комнате

+: Приличный завтрак. Все необходимое есть, но без изысков. -: Нет приточной вентиляции, окна не открываются. В номере постоянный запах химии. Спать проблематично. В ванной комнате вентиляции нет вообще. Тапок одноразовых тоже нет.

+: Отличное расположение в 2х минутах от станции метро. До центра ехать 10 минут. Номер просто огромный! -: Завтрак не очень разнообразный и довольно простой, могло бы быть и лучше. В остальном притензий нет.
