-: Restaurants, Breakfast,staff not upto the mark.Except from some the Reception staff and cleaning staff, nobody was cordial and helpful. Hardly any smiles.The day we arrived, Dinner was not available at the restaurant. They said there is a party and they could not serve us. We were asked to take delivery from nearby Indian restaurant. When there was a minor injury for one of my family member, I asked the staff for a first Aid kit. They said they dont have it. Breakfast spread was poor and not justifying the rating that they get in booking.comHope they improve their shortcomings as It is a really nice property and the rooms were awesome.
