+: It was really well located for catching a flight the following morning at Tblisi airport.Also worth exploring in the area is samgori market, where you can find fresh fruit, veg ,cheese meat and many other local produce.The family was very helpful in providing help with luggage and the airport drop off (30 lari).
-: The room is cosy and sufficient for a one night stay. Bathroom was functional and again served it's purpose.

+: It was late at night and our other reservations didn't go through, past midnight we tried them and confirmed it with them by phone went there good people low price place.
-: The location was at the middle of repair shops and used tire sales. Nothing to see. Far from everywhere.
