-: Breakfast was disappointing. One egg per person. Same bread basket given for 3 mornings in a row - when bread is so plentiful and inexpensive in Georgia, serving stale bread is unacceptable. Pillows are hard

+: The lady who was at the reception was really very kind and friendly. I felt like home. It was a wonderful stay. The room was cozy. It was walking distance from the metro station. The bathroom was super clean. Overall a great experience of stay.

+: The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast spread was satisfying. The hotel is located in a quiet neighbourhood, but still very close to the beautiful Europe square and Narikala fortress. Overall very good value!

-: Soundproofing from the hallway could better, but not a big problem.
