+: Resepsiyonda ki Ruslan bey çok ilgili ve dostça bir yaklaşıma sahipti. Hatta kendisiyle telefon numaralarımızı paylaştık. Batuma tekrar gittiğimde kalacağım adres olarak yine burayı tercih edeceğiz. 8. Katta Restaurantı var. Çalışanlar güler yüzlü ve çalışkanlar. Sabah kahve içmek için uğradığımda bana pasta bile ikram ettiler çok hoşuma gitti. Odalarda ısıtma ve duş çok güzeldi. Özellikle bir çok bu segment otelde duş başlıklar tam çalışmaz, kreçli veya bakımsız olur ancak bu otelde duş çok temiz ve konforluydu. Her daim sıcak su var. Yataklar rahat ve temizdi. 203te kaldım. Oda ferah balkonlu ve yola bakan tarafta. Boylamasına göre sanırım diğer odalardan daha büyük. İçinde iki berjer bir kıyafet dolabı(aynalı) TV, mini buzdolabı ve su ısıtıcı var. Hepsi de yeni ürünlerdi. FiyatPerformans olarak 5 yıldız diyebiliriz.
-: Ben bir kahve bağımlısı olarak odamda ki su ısıtımın yanında her zaman denk geldiğim stick kahvelerden bulamadım. Ruslan beye durumu söyledim. Çok mahçup oldu ve direkt konuyla ilgileneceğini söyledi. Çok ta önemli bi durum değil açıkçası ama aklıma başka bir şey gelmediği için burayı boş bırakmak istemedim.
