+: The room was clean and spacious, the staff were helpful even though they didn't speak English that much. The breakfast was great. Location is about a 15 min walk from the city center, but that's both a pro and con.
-: A bit far off from city center, and on our first night our room was open when we got back, although I'm not sure if it was opened on purpose or we didn't properly close it. However, you'd expect the staff will close it if we did leave it open. Nothing's lost so all is well.

+: The location is decent, it's cute and nice hotel, room was well thought out. Everything was extremely clean and tidy. Neighborhood was quiet and stay was overall ok.
-: 3 things: 1. I paid for breakfast (I have proof of course) but it wasn't provided and worse: 2. staff made me "believe" that it was my wrong - which is totally not acceptable + trust me, I was there for a very busy days and included breakfast was one of the main requirements when I was choosing hotel. I considered even requesting refund but sadly, had no time to look for another hotel, so I had to accept "my fate" ) It's not even about silly 25-30 Gel, It's about stuff's position. If they just apologized, I would understand, everybody makes mistakes. 3. zero soundproofing. I mean ZERO.
