-: The breakfast was very bad! Asked for hot milk as it was cold and they said they can’t make it hot! Very bad menu options! Stay was good but breakfast was very disappointing!!!

+: Only location, exactly in front of cable car.

-: Attitude of the staff is very very bad towards Indian, not only the hotel staff, almost everyone in Georgia. We asked to on air conditioning they answered we can’t on air conditioning in winter. Why not I am paying for 4 star category hotel, if I need this kind of service then I have booked 3 star or budget hotel. Almost everyone in staff acting like I have to pay their any debt or kind of boss on us. Not recommended to visit this hotel and even country, full of fake attitude

-: Need renovation on urgent basis and need to change staff or give them training how to deal with guests. If you don’t like Indians then don’t accept there bookings. Staff is Full of hate and racism.
