-: My recent stay at the lake resort left much to be desired, starting with the unwelcome surprise of active construction just 100 meters away from the premises. This was not mentioned at any point during booking or on their website, disrupting what was supposed to be a tranquil lakeside retreat. Additionally, the suite I booked boasted of a lake view which was misleading at best. The view of the lake was obstructed unless you positioned yourself at a very specific point on the balcony, a fact that remained unaddressed despite my complaints, even though the resort appeared to be far from full occupancy.Unfortunately, my departure was marred by another unexpected incident - I arranged for a taxi to Tbilisi at the reception, only to find out later that I would be traveling by minibus, which was significantly cheaper than the taxi fare I was charged. This lack of transparency and consideration for guests’ experience and expenses significantly detracted from my stay.

+: Room view was nice, and staff was exceptional - well trained, attentive, friendly and polite.
-: It was snowy outside and it was cold all over the hotel except to the room. We had to run through the corridor to enter the room quickly and not freeze on the way. Low temperature was also somewhat disturbing in the restaurant. Our room was clean, but definitely needed renovation (there was peeling paint on the walls in the bathroom, spots of the carpet, etc.). The hotel does not have a pool, and there is literarily nothing to do except to sleeping and eating. The hotel surrounding territory is not organized at all - no bike, nor walking paths. One has to walk on the car road, even around the lake. There is not a single bench outside, except to one at the hotel entrance.
