+: Location in quiet area but still very close to the city center with many shops 247 nearby. Nice & comfy bedroom with AC and refrigerator- especially important in August :-). Additional benefit was the balcony, but the view was not spectacular. Breakfasts were very tasty and the view from dining room was very nice (8th floor).
-: Just minor disadvantages: no power sockets available for charging in the bedroom, cash payment only. No hooks in the bathroom and towels I think shall be replaced after each 2-3 days.

-: Everything was wrong with it. we booked a room with a balcony + breakfast but we were given a room on 5th floor with low ceeling, a brocken shower with no propperly flushing toilet, dirty room with insects on the bed and floor, no elevator or room service to carry the bags to the room. moreover when we went for the breakfast, two hotel staff ladies were shouting at us "No breakfast for you" infront of everybody which was shocking and embarrassing. we left the dining area witbout having breakfast eventhough we paid for it. on second night wifi stopped working and didnt work until we checkout. because of these problems our stay at Batumi wasn't pleasant at all. pictures on booking was not showing the actual side of this hotel.

-: wifi does not work in the room. ask the staff to change battery on the smoke alarm because it was making noise - they never did. very small room. non exist noise isolation. over priced.
