+: 5 day stay at Marriott was rather pleasant and comfortable l.Rooms are good and maintained well. Guest support and service is good and overall the staff is friendly and helpful. Th e remarking thing was the reception staff helped us get taxi and also as we are vegetarians allowed us to order food from Indian restaurants

-: .Something that as guests of the hotel we look for a little help from kitchen staff as being a vegetarian we have to request something’s. And all the countries we have visited it has been easy but this thing we missed here. First and foremost the staff has to understand English well secondly some vegetarian options maybe cater to Asian palate.

+: We chose this hotel again because we were very pleased with our previous visit. The location is amazing, walking distance to historical places. Located on Rustaveli Street, close to many shops, Hop-on Hop-off, local restaurants and cafes. The room we stayed in was clean, spacious and had a view of Rustaveli. Breakfast was delicious. In addition to the open buffet, our requests were also prepared quickly. (Sunny- side-up egg etc) The service staff were friendly and fast. The team at the reception was friendly and very helpful. (Especial thanks to Inna, David and Maria.) When we come to Tbilisi again, we will definitely stay at this hotel again.

-: During our previous stay, we requested a private transfer from the hotel to the airport and we were very pleased the service. Therefore, this time we booked a private transfer from the airport to the hotel. However, we were not satisfied with the service of the driver who met us at the airport. The car was not in front of the airport. (This is a normal situation). However, as we started walking towards the car, when we try to give him our 2 cabin luggages (with wheels ), he only took one of them and for some reason, he did not take the other one. (This is the first time we encountered such a problem. )Even though we were tourists, we were not pleased that he took us to the hotel not through the main street, but through back roads and a long tunnel. We reported the situation to the reception. They arranged a different driver to go to the airport and we were pleased with this driver. That's why I'm not deducting points.
