+: The hotel is in a very good location. It is within walking distance to every point to visit in the city center. The furniture in the room is useful and comfortable. The view of the room is very nice especially after the 6th floor.
-: The hotel staff is incredibly bad, not hospitable at all. The people at the reception are strict as if they are prison staff and we get the wrong answer to every question. Especially the woman standing at the reception at night did not help us at all when we forgot our key. After keeping us waiting at the reception for about 1.5 hours, she gave us a new key.
