-: Rezervasyon 5 kişiliktir 2 oda istemiştim1 oda 2 kişilik1 oda 3 kişilik idi müşteri hizmetlerindeki arkadaşınıza özellikle ilettiği halde bana 2 adet 2 kişilik oda ayırmış otelde çok zor durumda kaldım telefonla batumdan müşteri hizmetlerini aradım bir şey yapamayız dediler ve ben tek kişilik ayrıca bir oda aldım 300 lari artı ödedim.cok üzüldüm .bunu haketmemiştim.
