+: Quirky decor

-: Overpriced for what you get. 143 euro for 1 person with no breakfast, small dark room, and not even a kettle not to mind even instant coffee or a teabag in the room. Common areas quirky but again dark.

+: Location, service, staff. Location is also very close to a number of excellent cafes for breakfast for those not wanting a typically heavy hotel breakfast (heavy because one typically loads up the plate in these situations but not strictly necessary). Location close to old town, Liberty Square, main upscale district, excellent restaurants and cafes. Staff was outstanding, always helpful (extending themselves to the maximum), polite, courteous, and friendly and welcoming. We never felt reluctant asking staff for help.

-: Consistent with all Rooms Hotels (I have stayed in all of them in Georgia), I find them too dark in illumination. It is their preferred style and ambience but personally I prefer a.brighter light.

+: Sehr tolle Lage und schönes Design. Das Bett war wahnsinnig bequem und insgesamt ein Hotel mit sehr netter und angenehmer Atmosphäre.

-: Da gab es eigentlich nichts - nur die Klimaanlage war nicht sehr intuitiv zu bedienen.
