+: Stylish hotel in Wes Anderson style with many design details in the room and common areas. Very spacious room with free standing bath tub, great coffee machine, great wall papers etc. I also really liked the bar and lounge area of the hotel. Also great breakfast variety. We really enjoyed our stay.

-: Room towards the street can be a bit noisy due to the traffic and bar

+: Room Hotel was hip and fun in the evening. Good breakfast and in general I liked the Rooms Hotel . Kind of a "We Work" or SOHO House vibe.

-: You absolutely could not count on the front desk. They forgot to order us a rental car after we had confirmed 3 times with them (they had no record of our order or their confirmation when we were ready to leave for the weekend). They forgot to send our suitcases upstairs. They were generally disorganized. The manager became involved after I complained about the rent-a- car and then things became more efficient but I think that some of the front desk people are only 18 or so and are not trained.
