+: The location was good...Walking distance to the center of the village of Bakuraini. We had a "family suite" which was perfect for us. The suite was actually two rooms at the end of the hall, separated off from the rest of the rooms by a door in the hallway. This meant the kids had their own room and bathroom, which they loved. My favorite thing was the jacuzzi and the sauna! Was great to spend time hanging out there while it was snowing. The breakfast was acceptable. George at reception was very helpful and friendly. Both of our rooms had lovely views.
-: Some of the staff, especially the porter, didn't have very good English skills, and communication was sometimes difficult.

-: רק איש צוות אחד דובר אנגלית, מאוד תקשורתי ושירותי. מיקום רחוק מרוב הדברים ממש בכניסה לעיירה. טמפרטורה של מים בגקוזי לא תמיד חמה.
