-: Everything was predictable. Pleasant staff, but lack of many stated options. Deluxe Double Room have: - No kitchen - No minibar - No barbecue - No microwave - No tea and coffee maker - No washing machine - No dining area - No electric kettle - No lake view - No garden view - No inner courtyard view And, unfortunately, although breakfast is included, it is not available.

+: Otelin konumu şehri gezmek için mükemmel. Otel personeli çok sıcak ve yardımsever. Özellikle Burak Bey ile Teo Hanım harika insanlar. Otelde Türkler açısından dil sorunu olmaması da büyük avantaj.

+: Нам з сям’ёю трэба было недзе заночыць, покі чакалі цягніку. Таму нам не патрэбна было шмат: ложак і душ. Месцазнаходжанне гатэлю было вельмі зручным. Нас сустрэў прыемны й шчыры персанал. У нумары быў халадзільнік, электрычны імбрык (кубкі прынеслі, калі папрасілі); у ваннай былі ручнікі, шампуня і гель для душу.
-: Было холадна. Мы наведвалі Батумі ў лютым, пакой абаграваўся кандыцыянэрам. Нават калі ён ''раскруціўся'' стала лепей, але недастаткова цёпла.
