+: HUGE room! Great breakfast! (coffees are not included) The view of Tbilisi from the terrace is breathtaking. The structure is very particular. You enter this alley and upon entering the small door you are greeted by an atmosphere of times gone by.

-: there was no double sheet (it was for a single bed) to cover both of us we had to use the one on the single beds.

+: The staffs there are very kind, offered help and even helped me to take pictures from the root top! Before we left, the lady at reception gave us a bottle of red wine as gift, we loved it! Thank you!

+: The interior of the building was very cute. The view from the terrace was incredible. Daily breakfast was a nice spread of a variety of dishes and fruits.

-: My friend complained that the mattress was too hard, though the firmness was perfect for me.
