+: The hotel is a bit odd, it is historic and quirky, lots of things to check out. The location is great to explore Tskaltubo. The breakfast was fine but not exciting. The staff at the front desk were quite helpful after we had a few issues with the room. The old theater, museum and grounds are super interesting.

-: When we entered the room there was a. strong smell of smoking, not recent smoking long term smoking, the room has a non-smoking sticker on the door, yet this was obviously not what has happened. We had 2 glasses and 2 mugs with saucers that were extremely filthy, they had been used yet not replaced. The nice thing was the front desk staff were very apologetic and obviously replaced them and then gave us a plate of very nice fruit and a couple of Georgian souvenirs. I would not say don't stay here as it is very quirky and fun, yet maybe don't expect "perfection" also I feel they stuck us in a room that was maybe a lower lever (we did not book the cheapest option) because it was a booking.com reservation.
