+: the staff was very kind, friendly and helpful. the thermal waters were wonderful.

-: the place is run down. the junior suite and the bathroom were crowded and the decor depressing.

+: The reception staff were very helpful and welcoming. The room had comfortable beds and a really good hairdryer! Bath robes were supplied by the hotel so you could just throw one on over your bathers and go down to the thermal spa area and enjoy the amazing healing waters as well as other facilities - sauna, massage therapy, spa etc. If you book straight from their website, you get the pool facility included in price, otherwise you’ll have to pay extra to use it. They were generous enough to offer it to me for free as I was a solo traveller and it wasn’t peak season, so that was a nice bonus. The view was nice from the balcony.

-: The hotel was not what I expected as it is very old looking and run down, most likely because of the erosion and corrosion of the thermal waters that run through everything. Maintenance definitely needs to be a priority especially for a 4 star hotel though. It feels dated and a little neglected. The next two things may not bother a lot of people but in case you’re like me, you might want to be aware of the following. I felt my room was way too warm and I could not regulate it from anywhere so I had to put the air conditioner on in the middle of winter. Also, even though it had block out curtains, the bright lights from outside seeped in from the sides which were about 20cm from the wall so I couldn’t sleep too well as I really need darkness to sleep.

+: Frokost første dag var brukbar. Neste dag var det annet personale, og de hadde glemt å koke egg, lage eggerøre osv. Kaffen var kald på en halvfull kanne. Forsøkte flere ganger, før vi klaget. Da trakk de ny kaffe, og helte den nye kaffen over i kanna med gammel kaffe!

-: Renholdet var ekstremt dårlig. Store sopp og muggdannelser på bad. (har bilder) Det stinket tobakksrøyk i hele hotellet, naborom røkte på veranda og fylte i tillegg rommet med røyk. Personalet røkte i resepsjonmottagelse hele tiden. Spa-anlegget var nedslitt, og en rekke funksjoner fungerte ikke. Vannet var lunket og grumsete. Byens uteanlegg var en ekstremt mye bedre opplevelse enn hotellets.

+: The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. He gave us lots of recommendations about the area and took care of us during our stay.

-: We were able to relax at the pool and use the facilities.

+: Οι πισίνες καταπληκτικες. Τέλεια θερμοκρασία νερού. Πλούσιο πρωινό με αρκετά δικά τους προϊόντα. Εξυπηρετικοί υπάλληλοι έτοιμοι να σε βοηθήσουν σε όλα. Μεγάλα δωμάτια, αναπαυτικά κρεβάτια. Ικανοποιητικό ίντερνετ.

-: Θα πρότεινα μια ανακαίνιση σε πολλούς χώρους, όπως γύρω από την εξωτερικη πισίνα, στους διαδρόμους, στα δωμάτια και κυρίως στα μπάνια. Επίσης, θα προτιμούσα τα κάγκελα στις βεράντες να είναι πιο ψηλά. Ηταν αρκετά χαμηλά.
