+: The room was clean and compared to the price pretty decent
-: The area was a bit shady, a lot of homeless people on the street, felt a bit unsafe. It was also a bit disappointing that there was no warm water coming from the shower. So cold showers for entire stay..

+: The rooms were very clean and we received room service everyday with fresh towels each time. The reception was open 247 and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel was near the city centre about 15-20 mins on foot from all the main attractions.
-: The previous reviews don't exaggerate, the neighbourhood is very shady and the street directly next to the hotel is full of drug addicts and is completely dark, so if you plan to arrive in the evening the first impression is quite scary. Although no one bothered us, this is something to watch out for.

+: La ubicación es muy buena, tanto el baño como la habitación eran muy cómodos y espaciosos. Tambien pude dejar la valija tanto en el check in (llegue muy temprano y no estaba lista la habitación) y check out (el ferry salía por la tarde). Buena relación calidadprecio.
-: El ingreso a la habitación era un poco incómodo, el colchón no era de los más confortables que probé, pero estaba bien en general.
