Tours and prices for holidays at the hotel Alia Palace Hotel - Adults Only 5* 2026-2027 Greece, Kassandra

-: We had a very disappointing experience at this 5-star hotel. On the first night, we found a bug in the room; we killed it and thought it had come in from outside. However, on the second night, two more bugs appeared. We asked to change rooms, but the reception staff told us that no other rooms were available and only offered to have a housekeeper spray for bugs.The next morning, we woke up to find two worms in the room: one on the floor and another on the curtain. We went to the reception again, where the older receptionist casually asked where we were from. When he learned we were from Romania, he sarcastically asked, "Don’t you have bugs in your rooms in Romania?" This remark was completely inappropriate and disrespectful.We were once again told that no other rooms were available, but when we checked on Booking, we saw that many rooms were free. We showed this to the receptionist, and only then did he acknowledge the situation and promised to resolve it.The hotel itself is very beautiful, and the food is very good and varied, but the issue with the bugs is unacceptable. They should use insecticides; having vegetation around is not an excuse. It is inadmissible for a 5-star hotel to have such conditions and such an attitude from the staff. I do not recommend this hotel, and we will definitely not return.

+: Location was very good.Very conformable bed.Everyday the room was cleaned up and tidy from the very kind staff.Around the building was nice view.The area of swimming pool, nice and good views.

-: The hotel is situated on a hill, quite far from the beach and shopping areas. It’s important to note that having a car is necessary to get around conveniently. The shower water temperature was inconsistent during our stay. It was either too hot or too cold, and it was difficult to find a comfortable middle ground.

-: Premier jour d’arrivé après avoir fait 20h de route nous avons été accueilli comme de la merde. Nous sommes arrivée pour le dîner où ils nous ont interdit de rentrer et se servir car mon mari était en short. Inadmissible !! Le personnel nul 👎🏻 Nourriture basic sans plus…Hôtel en haut d’une colline où il faut aller sur une plage soit disant privé alors qu’elle ne l’est pas.Jamais de la place, même si nous venons de l’hôtel.Je ne recommande pas cet hôtel pour ce prix là !! Je fréquente sans cesse des hôtels 5 étoiles et celui ci mérite 2 étoiles et encore je suis gentil. La piscine privée n’était pas chauffé…Aucun accueil d’arrivé. Aucune place attitrée de parking à l’hôtel. Un hôtel que je conseille c’est bien Olympo qui se trouve à Lithoro, qui est du haut level pour se reposer.

+: The personel was allways smiley and helpful.The swimming pools were clean, the sunbeds were really comforable and the view was marvellous.The night music events around the pool bar were really entertaining.During out last night we made two fantastic and crazy friends -Jamie and Ray- u guyz rock! :) The hotel bus service was extremely helpful taking us to the beach for a swim in the sea and in the evening downtown for a walk and a taste of the local cuisine.

+: Odalar gerçekten çok temizdi, her gün düzenli olarak odalar temizlendi ve düzenlendi. Personel güleryüzlü ve ilgiliydi. Açık büfe kahvaltısı çok güzeldi.
