+: Great location , near the beach and close to restaurants and shops. But quiet. The pool area and the bar looks great. Clean rooms. Air-condition worked perfect. Good value for money.
-: The pool had too much chlorine (Our swimming suit was yellow when we got out and was ruined). There is no smart-tv in the rooms. No laundry service in the hotel. The rooms and building needs some TLC (in the design aspects).

+: Hands down one of the best places I have ever had the privilege of visiting in the world. Not only are the facilities amazing but the staff made you feel like family. The city of Malia and its people have stolen my heart. The hospitality of the people were beyond my expectations. These people are humble and authentic. I will never forget this experience and my new friends. I am currently making plans to return as soon as possible.
