+: Pepe and staff were extremely accommodating and pleasant to deal with. After one person's flight got delayed they were allowed to stay an extra night for free!

+: mi è piaciuta molto l' accoglienza da parte dello staff,la pulizia,il wifi gratis e l aerea piscina perfettamente funzionante.la posizione è perfetta per la vita notturna di laganas ma tranquilla dato che non si sentono i rumori delle discoteche.inoltre la presenza di altri italiani ci ha permesso di fare molte conoscenze nell hotel,utili per le giornate successive e per scoprire altre attrazioni turistiche.
-: l'aria condizionata si paga(si riesce a dormire anche senza aprendo le finestre)

+: This family run hotel is in a perfect location, everyone is terribly nice! We have stayed in several hotels in Zakynthos, but I can only recommend Pepe and his family's hotel! We had a very pleasant stay, they were helpful and kind! They met all our requests, we really felt at home! The accommodation was clean, cosy and made us feel like family from the first moment we arrived, which gave us a lot here on the island!
