-: Había HUMEDAD en la habitación (Paredes llenas de moho). La limpieza regular... los bordes de la piscina de color amarillo.... El gimnasio echo polvo, solo había una esterilla y parecía sacada de la basura. Un hotel de este "calibre", debería tener en cuenta estas cosas tan importantes.

-: Staff were not helpful and very slow. They moved me to a different type of room which didn’t have sea view and wasn’t in main hotel building. Was very loud as next to a private party by pool area. Buffet was terrible

+: The setting is beautiful and the hotel and grounds are well maintained. It’s very well located for the airport
-: Our room was advertised as an executive bungalow, but was actually a small hotel room, just with direct access from outside - we were only there for one night with our toddler so it was okay, but if we’d been there for longer or with an older child it would have felt very cramped. We had the buffet dinner and the food was mediocre and very expensive. The kids pool was just a very small shallow area to the main pool.
