+: Super emplacement, proche de tout. Super vue depuis la terrasse jacuzzi. Petit déjeuner au top. Double douche très spacieuse

-: L'eau de la douche s'écoule mal. La grosse chasse d'eau des WC fonctionne mal. La cour pour garer les voitures,pourrait être ranger et aplani.
