Quietly located in well-tended gardens a few meters from blue flag Elia Beach, Athena Villas offers apartments with free WiFi and balcony overlooking Toroneos Gulf. Free WiFi is available throughout.
A fully equipped kitchen with cooking facilities is located on the ground level. There is also a dining area, living room with TV and bathroom. On the first floor there are 2 bedrooms and an extra bathroom with shower.
Guests can relax in the garden that features BBQ, sun loungers and plenty of play areas. Athena Villas is within 801 m of the sister property, Athena Pallas Village, that provides a tennis court, restaurant and spa center.

+: Lage super, sehr ruhig, wie erwartet,kleine Anlage mit nur 4 Parteien, schöne Aussenanlage, sehr gepflegt, aufmerksames Personal, welches sehr zeitnah reagierte, wenn es ein Problem gab. (z. B.fehlende Kaffemaschine)
-: Strand sehr schmal, Küche mit wenig Platz u. etwas spartanisch eingerichtet, reicht aber f. Frühstück u. kleinen Imbiss, etc...Kaffemaschine fehlte wieder , wie im letzzten Jahr, trotz vorheriger Nachfrage, stattdessen gabs eine Espressomaschine. Auf nochmalige Nachfrage wurde sehr zeitnah eine Kaffemaschine gebracht.

+: Die Lage war super. Die Wohnung sehr schön und geräumig.
-: Der Pool ist nur 0,55-0,8 m tief, das ist ideal für Klrlnkinder. Aber nicht wirklich ein Pool. Aber die Lage so direkt am Wasser macht alles wett. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist sehr karg, aber auf Nachfrage gab es noch ein kleines Messer und ein paar Schüsseln. Das war toll.

+: The little things always impress! When we arrived there was a full bowl of fruit and champagne waiting for us, but what impressed us were the baby sheets and blanket, as well as food and water bowls for our dog, as well as a dog bed :) Dimitar Kitenov and his team took care of us every day. This man was like a father to us, my daughter looked forward to him every day. He took care of even the smallest details to make us happy! The place is amazing, quiet, peaceful and with a wonderful view, right on the beach. Pearl in Sithonia's crown!

+: Alles war für uns perfekt und wie beschrieben. Wir haben nichts vermisst und die Unterkunft voll genossen!Die Gartenanlage ist traumhaft und sehr gepflegt. Die Schwester-Hotels haben uns auch sehr gut gefallen. Das Essen beim Buffet und im Restaurant war hervorragend!

+: Location was great, staff was friendly and helpful. Access to the private beach was fantastic.
-: The room was just OK, with the some of the furniture being dated. I would expect more from a 5 key hotel. Toilet was clean but very tight space, compared to the shower room which was more than spacious. We have been in several beaches with pebblessmall rocks which make it a bit difficult to enter the sea, and there are usually sandbags to help with the situation. That was not the case here. It’s an easy solution to implement and would have made a difference especially for families with small kids. The restaurant at the hotel was nice, but overpriced. A typical fried calamari dish cost 16 euros, that’s overpriced by any standard. Overall facilities where good but more often daily checks and attention to detail would help. For example the trash bin at the beach was not emptied during our whole stay.
