-: Claims to remove towels that’s been untouched for 30minutes but unfortunately a lot of people were reserving sunbeds early in the morning and weren’t seen until 11am

+: The interior and exterior decoration but unfortunately after the bad experiences with the services and rudeness and food all the beauty is gone

-: Comments about our stay in Cook’s club hotel in Corfu, 1. There is no service for drinks and snacks… you have to go get it yourself and wait in a long queue until your turn comes. 2. We requested earlier to have a taxi reach at a certain time for an emergency medical appointment. When we arrived to the lobby we asked the reception where the taxi is and the customer service told us to wait for 15 minutes for the taxi to arrive. 30 minutes later, still no taxi (most likely they forgot to request for a taxi, even though we kept asking). It was time for the appointment and the taxi still didnt arrive. Minutes later, I received a call from the clinic that if I don’t reach in the next 20 minutes my appointment will be cancelled. We waited more than 25 minutes and still no taxi. So i had to cancel the appointment. Told the reception to cancel the taxi as well because I will not make it to the appointment.Later one young lady from guest service guest came to us while we were sitting in the pool’s restaurant and rudely told us that the taxi just arrived and I have to either pay for it or go to the clinic. I told her i wont be paying because i had to wait for one hour and missed the appointment due to the hotel. She started to raise her voice and argue with me and my wife and not giving us a chance to respond. She kept shouting non stop and making a scene and raised our temper so much. We told her thay if she doesnt leave us we would take action and that we wont pay no matter what. 3. We read the bad reviews before booking the hotel but didnt believe them. Never had we thought it would actually be even worse than the reviews. It’s the worst hotel i’ve ever stayed at. I would rate it as a 2 star hotel. The customer service and staff service are so bad, and the staff are so rude and lack good manners and would treat you as if you were a child. 4.

+: Really friendly and helpful staff. Main foyer was nice, chill out pool was lovely and quiet. Has good onsite spa

-: Considering it has been recently refurbished, the carpets in hallways and general decor already looking worn and dirty. Location not near beach even though advertised as so (which wasn’t a problem for us), sun beds all get reserved early with people not returning for whole day, food was ok. I didn’t mind app but all food options quite average but good enough considering price point. Don’t really cater for non alcohol drinkers well in all inclusive. You have to pay for bottled sparkling water and 0% beer for example
