The Creta Beach is 4-star resort hotel offering spacious accommodations and an array of facilities on the 5.6 mi white sandy beach of Ammoudara. Free WiFi access is provided, and free on-site parking is possible. Heraklion City is 3.1 mi away.
This holiday hotel has a great selection of guest accommodations on offer. Guests can choose between the standard guest rooms or the pretty bungalows which are located in the hotel’s gardens.
Set close to the beach, the main restaurant features Aegean Sea views and offers breakfast, lunch and dinner on buffet style. The a-la-carte restaurant offers delicious Greek and international dishes, appetizers salads and desserts.
Leisure facilities at the hotel include a large swimming pool and sun-bathing area, tennis courts and beach volleyball. There is also evening entertainment. For children, there is a separate swimming pool and a mini-club.

+: Wir hatten einen schönen Gartenbungalow.Gute Betten,so wie es aussah neu renoviert.Die Anlage ist übersichtlich und es hat am Strand und am Pool immer freie Liegen.Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.Essen für AI gut.Es gab Morgen, Mittag ,Abend Buffet.Über Mittag zusätzlich noch kleines Buffet an der Poolbar.Zwischendurch gab es Kuchen,nicht sehr fein.Bei den Getränken konnte man sich immer bedienen.Natürlich war das Essen und auch die Getränke nicht erste Klasse aber für diesen Preis ok.Mit dem Bus kann man in ca. 25 Minuten nach Heraklion fahren.Schönes Meer,guter Strand aber es gibt natürlich viel schönere Orte auf Kreta.
-: Für mich persönlich, wurden zu wenig griechische Gerichte aufgetischt.Essbereich sollte aufgefrischt werden.Amoudara ist leider nicht schön.Läden und Restaurants an der Strasse entlang.

+: Friendly staff, 25m pool and on the beach. We were upgraded to a beachfront room on arrival and nothing was too much trouble.
-: The surrounding area didn’t offer too much choice of restaurants and shops but it’s a quick taxi into the capital.

+: Very nice environment. A perfect bungalow very close to the beach. Fantastic new restaurant in the reception area. Good quality of food and excellent service!
-: A bit too noisy the breakfast area, but the variety of the food can compensate that.
