+: Quiet place, room with comfortable beds. Helpful and friendly staff at the reception.
-: An avid smoker on the neighbouring balcony was unpleasant, the smoke and smell went into our room. So we could not use the balcony or ventilate the room :(

-: The air conditioning leaked water in room 301. The fridge wasn't very cold, the milk section wouldn't hold the carton & was broken on one end. There were very little kitchen utensils, eg mugs, large bread knives.
