+: The staff members are very nice.
-: We did not have good experience in the hotel and we have health and safety concerns: 1) There is a serious safety concern with the rooms. Shower water could escape from the gap between the wall and the glass (see photo) and the bathroom became very slippery with water after shower. We asked to change to another room but the other room had the same issue. The staff told us all rooms had the same issue because of the design (the gap is not sealed properly). They seriously need to address this safety issue. 2) We left our iPads in the locker but we were not able to open the locker in the evening. We had to wait for the technician until the second day morning. The hotel technician could not open it with his device. He had to cut the locker from the side to open it. It was very dusty (health concern for guests in the room and the technician!!!). Be careful with the locker. 3) The carpet is old and feels dirty.
