-: The parking advertised as nearby is 300 meters away, and the staff told me not to go to the parking but to look around a car overpacked neighborhood for a spot.Toiletries were never replenished. One day, the cleaners decided to just take the trash and not leave bags to replace the ones they took The shower head was clogged, and I had to unclog it as if I were a teenager popping acne zits. The bed creaks and probably causes scoliosis. On the day we left, our backs were aching.The breakfast was sad undercooked or scrappy boiled bacon sausages and scrambled egg. The coffee seems like it was a brown paste filled with water.On the day we left, the staff didn't even ask us if everything was alright. They looked at us during check out with a look that said: you had a bad stay, and we don't care. How this is a 4-star hotel is a mystery.

+: Μας έκαναν αναβάθμιση σε Junior Suite στον τελευταίο όροφο. Το δωμάτιο ήταν τέλειο και η θέα απίστευτη από τον 7ο όροφο!

+: Ljubazno osoblje,higijena soba(čiste se svakog dana,menjaju peškiri),ukusna hrrana.

+: Hotel merkeze çok uzak değildi. Tramvay ile 4-5 durak kadar uzaktaydı. Hotelin altında yer alan market gerçekten büyük ve fiyat olarak ideal idi. Şehir merkezine ulaşmak 10 15 dakika kadar sürüyor. Odamızın manzarası çok güzeldi.

-: Genel olarak tek sorun yan odalardaki seslerin aşırı olarak duyulmasıydı.
