+: Es ist so sauber dass man sich sofort wohl fühlt das habe ich selten ich bin sehr pingelig 😂das Personal ist super freundlich und zuvorkommend die Lage grandios - immer gerne wieder !

+: Lage und die Ausstattung der Zimmer sind einmalig. Das Personal unglaublich nett und zuvorkommend und hat all unsere Wünsche erfüllt. Das Hotel ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail ausgestattet.
-: Wir wollten Zimmer mit Meerblick (und damit auf den Hafen) und ein ruhiges Zimmer. Beides zusammen geht nicht. Insofern war das ein Kompromiss. Wir haben den Meerblick und den Blick auf den Hafen genossen und etwas mehr Lärm dafür gerne in Kauf genommen.

+: Frühstück à la carte, alle Wünsche wurden vom außerordentlich freundlichen Personal erfüllt. Die Reise im November bei spätsommerlichen Temperaturen und einer ruhigen Stadt war ideal für Ruhe und Ausflüge im venezianischen Flair. Das Hotel ist sehr gut gelegen und der Ausblick auf die Bucht wunderbar. Die Suite war sehr stilvoll eingerichtet und mit historischen Details versehen. Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit.

+: Frühstück a la carte, sehr lecker. Ausblick aus dem Fenster auf den Hafen im ersten Moment sehr schön, aber man schaut auf die billig überbauten open air Restaurants von oben, das sieht schon sehr hässlich aus. Ansonsten alles gut. Es ist alles Fußgängerbereich, also keine Autos und kein Autolärm um das Hotel.

-: I guess they did us an upgrade to a bigger room with a small yard but the only problem was that the room was a bit humid but since we stayed for one night was not a big deal for us, in my opinion is something that needs to be fixed.
